A complete, reinforced gearbox version 3 for AK replicas. It is an ideal solution for those who want to purchase a high quality gearbox at a reasonable price. The frame has been adapted for use with 8 mm plain bearings and thanks to the reinforced construction in the most sensitive areas, it can be used in combination with stronger springs. The gearbox has a compatible quick spring change system.

The Enter & Convert system enables a Fast and quick Adapt the performance of the replica to the conditions expected on the airsoft playing field without the need to disassemble the entire gearbox and thus have access to a workshop or a set of special tools. Once the gearbox has been removed from the body of the replica, the spring change takes literally only seconds. The spring must be removed together with the guide through the opening in the rear wall of the frame.

The following parts are included inside: Reinforced 18:1 Gearbox made of steel; an m110 spring; a lightweight polymer piston with a steel last tooth; an airtight polymer piston head; a cylinder head with a soft damper; an aluminium type 0 cylinder; a polymer nozzle and a spring guide. The characteristic feature of this frame is that it is adapted for the micro-contacts included in the set instead of the classic plates typically used, which significantly improves their triggering response and extends the life of the LiPo batteries.
