The Lightway-Peleador is a series of lightweight AEG rifles from the Taiwanese company ICSwhich is based on the classic AR15 design. The Lightway series has most of its external elements made from a polymer material which is reinforced with nylon fibres, which reduces its weight and makes it extraordinarily durable. The polymer was used for the body, the handguard, the stock, the pistol grip, the sights, the muzzle device and the magazine. The stock guide, the outer barrel, the dummy bolt and the cartridge ejection port are made of metal.

The replica uses a revolutionary, two-piece ICS Split Gearbox with a quick spring change system and a range of reinforced parts made from AL6061 aluminium. There is also the factory-fitted SSS Gen.1 E-Trigger System electronics and a Short-Stroke Deduction.
