Reinforced piston for manual SVD - Gen. 3

We present the second generation of the reinforced piston for manual SVD brands A & K or ACM . It is obvious that the body and the steel ring have remained unchanged. We are convinced of the material of the ring and it can work even with the strongest springs.

However, the innovation can be found in the front of the piston:

The head is made of aluminium with a reinforced front.
It is also fitted with a rubber stopper. This cushions the impact when shooting and protects the inner parts.
The sealing ring is unusually large and touches the cylinder over a larger area.
There is a ball bearing inside the piston that facilitates the rotation of the spring.

Gen.3 Features:

Front head has 8 air holes. Pressed air increases the size of the O-ring and improves the seal.
Deeper groove under the O-ring in standard size.

Package contains POM spring washer. Inserted into the piston tension spring and increase FPS. It also eliminates the loss of the different depth of the piston in relation to the basic manufacturer of pistons. This ring can handle up to M170 springs can be used.
