SA-V20 assault rifle replica from Specna Arms is mostly made of a uniform zinc and aluminium alloy, which is reinforced with steel elements in the most sensitive areas of the replica (steel elements - all screws, pins and tactical sling swivels). Both the stock, which holds the battery, and the pistol grip are made of polymer. The receiver of the replica and the RIS handguard were the process of anodising, which guarantees a high level of protection against corrosion. The colour has been a powder coating process after the surface has been subjected to the same process before the colour is applied. This ensures a much higher abrasion resistance of the applied paint than usual. The receiver carries USMC markings.

The parts of the replica fit together very well - the replica is also perfectly balanced in a way that was previously only seen in replicas from top manufacturers such as G&P or Classic Army. This allows for almost ideal manoeuvrability of the replica and the weight is hardly noticeable once you have shouldered the replica.

The replica has a Fast spring release system, the so-called Enter & Convert™. Thanks to this system, it is possible to quickly adjust the performance of the replica to the expected conditions on the pitch without the need to have access to a workshop or a set of special tools - once the gearbox has been removed from the replica's housing, the process of changing the spring takes literally seconds.

The advantages of the Enter & Convert™ system are hard to overestimate. Given the current tendency across Europe to use legal restrictions on the muzzle velocity of replicas or internal regulations within different groups, the system guarantees the user a wide range of options and a great deal of freedom. The Enter & Convert™ system allows the main spring with a minimum of time and thus adapt the muzzle velocity to the playing area in such a way that an ideal compromise between shooting effect and safety for the user himself and for other participants is guaranteed.

The replica is fully compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries. Due to the basic muzzle velocity of ~430 FPS provided by the main spring installed as standard by the manufacturer, the replica is perfect for the Operation at medium distance.

The gearbox, which is reinforced at the level of the cylinder head, conceals a steel main spring guide, which is the element of the Enter & Convert™ system, as well as 8mm ball bearing andSteel threaded wheels which are mounted on spacers. The system is secured with four reversing locks. There is a Type 2 cylinderand the Steel crusherand a Metal hop-up chamber which are used in this replica.

To increase the realism of the game, the replica also features a functioning bolt catch mechanism.
