The Biohazard Samurai Edge Std. mod. from the legendary Tokyo Marui becomes a Delicacy for every fan of the Resident Evil universe (and not only!). Like most sidearm replicas from Tokyo Marui, Samurai Edge  was also largely made of high-quality polymer. The metal parts include: the magazine, the trigger and all manipulators (such as the safety). Both the gearbox frame and the slide are made of polymer.

The cases have a pleasant, non-slip texture and are partly made of wood-imitating polymer, which creates an interesting visual effect. The carriage and the handle have effective Umbrella-markings. The trigger mechanism works in SA / DA (single action / double action) - which means that the weapon can only be fired by first cocking the hammer (either by hand or via the movable slide) - single action or by so-called "self-cocking" - by fully pulling the trigger, whereby the hammer is first cocked and then released, resulting in a shot - double action.

The replica has the Blow back recoil system. It causes the slide to move backwards after each shot and as soon as the last cartridge has left the replicator, the slide remains in the retracted position. As soon as a new, full magazine is inserted, the slide lock must be released - as with a live firearm.
