The replica is made of metal and plastic. The body and stock of the replica are made of plastic. Some smaller elements such as the screws or pins, the trigger guard, the tactical sling attachment points and the magazine are made of steel. The rest of the elements such as the slide, the outer and inner barrel and the sights are made of metal.

The housing is made of non-slip material that fits perfectly in the user's hand. The hop-up adjustment knob is located underneath the fastener and is visible when the fastener is pushed back. The visor can be adjusted horizontally. The battery is located in the stock of the replica. The manufacturer recommends a 9.6V battery with a Tamiya Large plug for this model.
