Replica of the CM16 Raider L 2.0 carabiner, manufactured by G&G, was realised as part of the Combat Machine project, the premise of which is to offer high-quality replicas at a price that can be considered economical. The Combat Machine replicas are characterised by the high-quality workmanship and culture typical of G&G, as well as the high quality of the materials used. The main factor that makes it possible to lower the price is the use of a case made of high quality glass fibre reinforced plastic instead of metal.

The housing, the pistol grip, the MLok piston rail and the unloading device are made of plastic. The outer barrel, the piston guide, the firing pin and most of the small parts are made of metal.

The rifle is ideal for use at medium distances due to its firing speed of ~350 FPS. The attached dorsal RIS rail allows the attachment of any optical sight, while the extendable, rechargeable buttstock allows customisation to the user's individual preferences. The scope of delivery includes a set of folding mechanical sights of the flip-up type.

GB, in addition to the high-quality parts typical of G&G, is an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit). system is installed. The system completely replaces the contact block and functions as a MOSFET-circuit. Thanks to the electronic trigger operation, the system has an excellent trigger response. Each press of the trigger results in a full GB cycle.

The ETU system has programmable trigger modes. Basically, the user has access to SAFE - SEMI - and a choice of FULL AUTO or 3-shot burst modes. Programming is trivial - simply set the selector to the SEMI position and hold the trigger down for 10 seconds. Once this is done, the selected mode is activated at the third selector switch position.
