A series of the latest Amoeba Airsoft replicas are based on a well-known design of AR-type assault rifles, but these replicas have been significantly modified and equipped with many Design details and interesting technical solutions which not only improve its functionality but also its appearance. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the AM-002 is very handy and is a perfect tool for airsoft CQB actions.

The receiver of the replica was made from reinforced nylon manufactured. The quality of the materials used means that it is very difficult to tell at first glance whether it is plastic or metal. Effective signs such as the model, calibre and the Amoeba Airsoft logo were engraved into the receiver. The outer barrel, the flash hider, the stock tube and some small parts were made of metal. The pistol grip, correctly moulded, was finished with a non-slip texture which improves grip and comfort. The magazine release button was enlargedto make operation easier.

The replica was fitted with a lightweight plastic stock that is folded to the side. The battery is located in the upper part of the receiver. The hop-up system is accessed in the usual way for this design - by pulling the charging handle and opening the cartridge ejector.

The magazine that comes with the replica is a Hi-Cap with a capacity of 300 BBs. The magazine housing is made of steel.
