The receiver, pistol grip, piston and exhaust system are made of plastic. Metal is used for the M-LOK front grip, the outer barrel, the piston guide, the sights and most small parts.

The attached dorsal RIS rail allows the attachment of any optical sighting device, while the multi-position stock with battery operation allows the replica to be customised to the user's individual preferences. The set includes a set of folding mechanical sighting instruments of the flip-up type.

The Combat Machine Replica series currently uses the G2 gearbox frame with quick-release spring. In addition to the high-quality parts typical of G&G, an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) system is installed inside. The system completely replaces the contact block and functions like a MOSFET circuit. Thanks to the electronic trigger operation, the system has an excellent trigger response. Each press of the trigger results in a full GB cycle.
