The F229 green gas pistol replica is made almost entirely of metal; only the pistol grip covers are made of plastic. The carved slide operates very smoothly and cocking the hammer allows the trigger travel to be shortened, enabling a precise, aimed shot to be fired. The hammer can be released by means of a lever located on the left side above the magazine release lever.

There is a 22 mm RIS rail under the barrel, which allows the mounting of additional accessories such as a torch or a laser target marker. Thanks to its compact design and good balance, the replica is perfect as a sidearm.

The double-row magazine holds 20 BB pellets, which are fired at a muzzle velocity of around 210 FPS.
