The replica was made almost entirely of metal. The only elements made of plastic are the cover plates of the pistol grip, which have a non-slip profile, as well as some smaller elements of the internal mechanism and the magazine foot rest. This model has been manufactured with great attention to detail and is well balanced, which significantly improves stability when shooting. The weight of the pistol itself - over one kilogram - makes it possible to compensate for the effect of the strong recoil. It is also worth mentioning that the pistol grip itself - as already mentioned - is non-slip profiled. It is manufactured by the Japanese company KOBA and ensures the stability of the pistol in the hand while working with it.

What is important - the Replia can be easily and quickly dismantled for cleaning, which is very important with the green gas models. Full instructions on how to do this are included in the packaging.

The pistol is based on the Colt design with all its advantages. Firstly, it is equipped with an ambidextrous safety lever, which makes the pistol much easier to operate for both left- and right-handed shooters. The second form of safety, which prevents accidental discharge, e.g. by hooking the trigger on the holster, is the safety in the pistol grip. It is impossible to shoot with the replica without holding it properly in your hand.

We are dealing here with a very realistic blow-back system. With each shot, the slide of the replica moves backwards and then returns to the starting position, while the BB pellets are loaded into the chamber at the same time. After the last shot and hitting the empty magazine, the slide remains in the reverse position. Due to the type of gas used - carbon dioxide - the kick is very strong, which is undoubtedly an asset for fans of increased realism of the skirmish.

The replica is equipped with a standard RIS rail located in front of the trigger guard. It allows the easy mounting of a laser target marker or a small tactical torch. The iron sights - both the front and rear sights - are marked with bright dots to facilitate sighting and accurate aiming.

Another decisive advantage of the pistol is the adjustable hop-up system, which significantly improves the range of the replica (provided it is set correctly). It is also important to note that the extended magazine holds 29 BB pellets. This gives the user a significant advantage on the battlefield.

The set contains a magazine for the 12g CO2 cartridges, but it is also possible to use the magazines fuelled with green gas. The gas cartridge is fitted in the magazine after removing the plastic cover.

Attention! The muzzle velocity of the CO2-operated replicas depends on the amount of gas in the Tak and on the atmospheric conditions!
