What features does the Opticon Orbiter telescope have?

The orbiter reflector is an optical device consisting of an eyepiece and a mirror. They are connected by a 130 cm tube, so that the focal length of the telescope is 1300 mm. It is therefore quite a long Telescopebut it stands on the tried and tested Dobsonian base. Thanks to this, it is easy to operate and the telescope takes up much less space than if it were mounted on a normal tripod. The base is also robust and stable, which makes observing much easier. If you do not have enough space at home for a standard telescope, it is worth considering the Opticon Orbiter with the Dobson base.

Reflector telescope for professionals

The Orbiter Reflector telescope has a high quality optical system, it is able to capture large amounts of light and then show a bright and clear image of the object. The diameter of the telescope is 160 mm, which makes it a fairly large astronomical device that also works well for more complex observations. The star range of 13.1 magnitudes and a magnification of 130x provide detailed and interesting images of the observed object. With the Orbiter telescope you can observe the surface of the moon or admire the rings of Saturn and the moons of Jupiter. It is also possible to observe even more distant objects. With the Orbiter telescope you can also observe distant star clusters, nebulae and galaxies.

The telescope is supplied with all the important tools required for observing the cosmos - such as the KF 25mm and the PF 10mm eyepiece. The manufacturer has also added the Barlow lens, which triples the magnification. This is not the only element that can be replaced in the telescope and thus influence its parameters. The device is compatible with components in the 1.25" standard, so you can customise your telescope with more expensive parts.
