Description
Replica of the PCC45 submachine gun
The replica of the PCC45 carbine produced by G&G was used as part of the Combat Machine project, the aim of which is to offer high-quality replicas at a price that can be considered economical. The replicas of the Combat Machine series are characterised by the highest quality of workmanship, the materials used and the culture of internal components, which is characteristic of the G&G company. Thus, the main factor that enables a price reduction is the use of a high-quality plastic body instead of metal. It is also important to mention that the body itself is made of glass fibre reinforced plastic. Metal is used for the outer barrel, the firing pins and most small parts.
At first glance, the replica resembles its predecessor PCC9, but apart from the use of the Gearbox version 2 or the pistol grip, the similarities end there. What we get is a robust, compact replica of the PDW type. The replica is equipped with a folding stock made of synthetic material and has a customised pistol grip, a trigger and a metal rail in the M-LOK® system, which is labelled with the licence plates. Folding sights are attached to the rear of the replica. The replica features a double-sided fire mode selector, a distinctive double-sided reload handle with functional bolt catch and a body-mounted suspension lug with QD mount on the front of the replica. The front itself is removable by means of an innovative QD clip, thanks to which we get easy access to the battery. (Not included). The PCC45 is powered by a Magazine Mid-Cap with a capacity of 140Balls operated.
In addition to the usual high-quality G&G components, the GB features the quick-change spring systemwhich ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) and the MOSFET -system in the latest v4 version. Thanks to the electronic operating system, an excellent trigger response has been achieved. Each press on it results in a full GB cycle.
The ETU system has programmable trigger modes. The basic user has access to SAFE - SEMI - and a choice of FULL AUTO or 3-shot burst modes. Programming is very simple: set the selector switch to the SEMI position and hold the trigger down for 10 seconds. As soon as this is done, the selected mode is activated at the third selector switch position.
