PDiK V3 with Gearbox Shell

Description

The conversion kit was developed with the aim of using sniper rifles where there is a need for long range and accurate shooting.

Mechanics:
The conversion has an independently movable nozzle - just like on the AEG rifles. The position of the nozzle is not directly linked to the position of the gas supply element. This solution ensures that the nozzle remains stationary in the hop-up chamber during conversion shooting. This gives you the best stability, tightness and precision of the shot.

PDiK operates in semi-automatic mode. This is the only mode available in the conversion kit.

The conversion is largely adapted to the needs of the sniper. Since it is quite possible to achieve quite high fps, no automatic mode takes place.

When using the appropriate controller, it is possible to achieve very stable, high fps. The power is adjusted by the regulator. The operating pressure is in the range of 7-16 bar (100-230 PSI).

Construction:
The conversion KIT is sold with a specially modified V2/V3 AEG gearbox.
The gearbox housing: Mancraft PDIK CNC housing made of hard 7075 T652 aluminium alloy.

Advantages:
- No electronics (resistance to weathering)
- No batteries
- FPS precision
- No fully automatic mode - some fields are required
- Adjustable FPS
- Compatible with standard AEG parts (nozzle, trigger, selection plate).
- External power supply (many recordings)
- Immediate reaction to the trigger

Disadvantages:
- No fully automatic mode
- External power supply (from a bottle)

Examples of speed (barrel length 550 mm, bullet 0.2 g):
8 bar - 150 m/s (492 fps)
10 bar - 165 m/s (541 fps)
12 bar - 182 m/s (597 fps)
16 bar - 203 m/s (666 fps)
18 bar - 213 m/s (699 fps)

The set includes:

- approx. 1.2m inlet hose (e.g. 6mm)

The kit does not contain:
- Deduction
- Trigger lock
- Selectorplate
