The fully licensed full-metal VFC Airsoft replica of the Sig Sauer MPX is now also available with a ready-to-use Wolverine Inferno Gen. 2 Spartan Edition HPA firing system. Thanks to the Sig Sauer licence, this high-quality replica is also equipped with all the original engraved markings. The sharp Sig Sauer MPX submachine gun is equipped with the standard 9x19mm calibre and is available in different variants and barrel lengths. Rifles from this series have been in production since 2015 and are already in use by police and security units in countries including India, Indonesia, Thailand and the USA. The special feature of this airsoft version is clearly the built-in and pre-configured Wolverine Inferno Gen. 2 Spartan Edition HPA system. Thanks to this semi-automatic firing system in 6mm BB calibre, familiar problems such as gear jams or no power due to cold temperatures are a thing of the past. In combination with the adjustable shooting performance, the Sig Sauer MPX HPA in the 4.5 inch version is the ideal airsoft rifle for professional airsoft players.

The front of this rifle is fitted with a steel flash hider in the original design (14 mm). The outer barrel of this rifle is a single piece and is manufactured using CNC machining. As with the original, the upper continuous 21mm rail of the front system of the VFC airsoft replica is firmly connected to the upper main receiver. This ensures maximum stability and prevents wobbling between the system components. The lower front system is equipped with a modern M-Lok system. The special M-LOK attachments can be mounted directly here (without an additional 21 mm rail). Numerous accessories for this mounting system are now available on the aftermarket. In addition to the outstanding Vega Force Company manufacturing quality, the coating of the metal parts also gives a very high-quality and true-to-original impression.

As with many other rifles, the MPX submachine gun also has a two-part main receiver. The matt colouring is powder-coated, which ensures very good abrasion resistance. The workmanship is also of a particularly high quality, with both aluminium housing halves fitting together perfectly. On the left side of the lower body is the engraved Sig Sauer logo with additional original lettering. All the logos and lettering are engraved deep into the receiver, true to the original, and will therefore not be lost even if the MPX is painted. A consecutive serial number is also engraved on the left side. Another interesting feature is the functioning bolt-catch mechanism, which makes it easy to set the Hop-Up system. The bolt catch, fire selector lever and magazine release lever can be operated from both sides, making it ideal for left-handers. The MPX grip made of composite plastic is attached under the receiver. This has the same shape as the original model and comes with moulded Sig Sauer lettering on both sides.

The stock is a special model that can be adjusted 5 times in length. The stock linkage of this stock is made of aluminium, while the stock itself is precisely manufactured from composite plastic. The butt plate with its integrated wave structure ensures a very good grip of the submachine gun when firing. There is a QD eyelet at the rear on the right-hand side for attaching a QD sling mount (not included). If the MPX is used in particularly confined areas, the stock can also be folded to the side. At only approx. 430 mm, the MP is then particularly handy.

As already mentioned in the introduction, in addition to the external build quality, the internal parts of the rifle are also very interesting. The VFC / Sig Sauer MPX is equipped with the proven Wolverine Inferno HPA system in generation 2. The system is, of course, completely pre-assembled and ready to use, which means that only one Battery in the grip and a filled HPA cylinder with remote line and regulator must be connected in order to use the rifle. The revolutionary Wolverine Inferno system in the Gen. 2 version has a single-pole soleniod and an independent disc and nozzle design. It is a hybrid design that combines the advantages of an open-bolt and closed-bolt HPA system. This means no empty rounds on the first shot, as the 6mm BB is already seated in the hop-up chamber before the first shot is fired. A plus point that also increases shooting accuracy. Compared to conventional HPA systems, Wolverine Airsoft has also been able to increase efficiency. The manufacturer states very good values of around 10 - 15%. As this is the Spartan edition, the Spartan electronic components are of course also installed. This feature allows adjustments to be made quickly and easily via the trigger of the rifle. Another practical feature of this HPA system is that the shooting performance can be easily changed by adjusting the system pressure on the regulator. The manufacturer specifies a firing power of approx. 1.1 joules.

The hop-up system is the current VFC Generation II hop-up unit in one-piece design with drum-type adjustment wheel. As with all other airsoft replicas in an M4-like design, the unit is located under the deco shell ejection port. To adjust the unit, simply pull the custom cocking lever - adjust the hop-up - and then press the bolt catch on the side. The ejection port is now closed again and the hop-up system is protected from dirt.

The VFC MPX is only compatible with the original VFC Sig Sauer MPX magazines.
