PTS Unity Tactical FAST COMP Series Mount

Description

FAST™ is a series of optic mounts and platforms that provide the end user with a faster sight picture than standard height mounts. The 2.26″ optical centreline height allows for faster/easier acquisition of the reticle when wearing electronic hearing protection/communication headsets, night vision goggles, gas masks and other face protection equipment and allows for faster visual processing of the battlefield by promoting an upright posture. An upright posture also helps the user maintain a neutral spinal position, which is more comfortable when wearing helmets, plate carriers and other heavy equipment.

The FAST™ Comp Series mount places full size Aimpoint Comp Sights at 2.26″ optical centreline above the weapon rails. It is the perfect mount for the standard issue U.S. Army M68 CCO series. It will also accept Legacy Comp and Comp style sights in Aimpoint 30mm Top Ring Mount such as the Patrol Rifle Optic (PRO) and Aimpoint Carbine Optic (ACO).
