The receiver, the shaft carriage, the hand guard and a SF shaft that holds the battery, and the pistol grip are made of nylon-reinforced polymer. The remaining components such as the barrel, flash hider, enlarged charging handle and tactical sling swivels were made of metal (the steel parts include the screws, pins, grenade ejection port and mock bolt carrier).

The parts of the replica are aligned very good and the user will not experience any loose spots between the lower and upper receiver. The use of a lightweight polymer receiver allowed for reduced weight, making it very suitable for dynamic games or long-lasting mil-sims. In addition, the fibreglass reinforcement also makes the receiver more durable than polymer and metal receivers. 

The replica has a ESA™ Quick Spring Change System. Thanks to this system, it is possible to quickly and easily adjust the performance of the replica to the expected conditions on the pitch without the need to have access to a workshop or a set of specialised tools - all that is required is to remove the shaft slider to gain access to the spring so that it can be removed without having to pull out or dismantle the gearbox. 

The advantages of the ESA™ system can hardly be overestimated. In view of the current Group-internal regulations, the system guarantees the user a wide range of options and a great deal of freedom.

The ESA™ -system allows the mainspring to be replaced in a minimum of time. and thus adapt the muzzle velocity to the action in such a way that an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the shot and the safety of the user and other participants is guaranteed.

The replica is fully compatible with LiPo and LiFe Batteries. Thanks to a basic muzzle velocity of ~380 FPS The main spring fitted as standard by the manufacturer makes the replica perfect for medium-range operation. The set also includes a M90 springwhich makes it possible to reduce the muzzle velocity to 310 FPS and thus adapt the replica for use at close range and indoors.

The gearbox contains 8 mm plain bearing as well as shimmed Steel gears . The system is secured with four reversing locks. A lightweight piston made of polycarbonate is fitted with a Solid steel strip  to increase its durability. In addition, a cylinder of the type 1 and a Steel circuit-breakerand a precise Rotarian hop-up chamber installed. The durability of the parts allows them to work with M140 springs.

A carefully crafted Rotary hop-up housing works excellently with a high-quality Precision barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm. The use of a precision barrel increases the range and accuracy of the replica. You must remember to use high-quality 6 mm BBs.

The replica is equipped with a 22 mm RIS rail and an adjustable stock. The upper RIS rail has a classic transport handle and a rear sight. The extendable stock with non-slip stock pad makes it possible to adjust the length of the replica to the user's body type and preferences. A standard flash hider is based on a 14 mm left-hand threadwhich allows a silencer to be fitted in its place.
