Replica of the SA-249 MK2 EDGE™ machine gun.

The EDGE™ series manufactured by Specna Arms focuses on amazing external construction, solutions that increase the versatility of the replica and offer the possibility of hassle-free tuning. Straight out of the box, you get a replica that you don't have to make any changes to unless you want to - which is remarkably easy.

The Specna Arms EDGE™ machine guns are mainly made of steel, aluminium alloy and high quality plastic.

The flash hider, front sight, barrel cooler, outer barrel, trigger, dust cap, sight rail and stock slide were made of aluminium alloy.

The housing and the most important elements such as the bipod, all pins, the transport grip, the barrel changing mechanism and the trigger guard are made of steel. The grip, the pistol grip, the stock foot, the hand guard, the part of the transport grip and the barrel cooler cover are made of plastic.

The replica is powered by a full metal and armoured M249 gearbox, which features high durability and good functionality. The mechanics are prepared for further tuning and are up to the stresses associated with providing deck fire. Inside are components such as:

- M120 main spring
- a piston with a steel jaw
- 8mm ball bearing
- a spring guide with bearings
- a set of steel gears
- Rotatable metal hop-up chamber
- Quick spring change system

The set includes a plastic magazine with a capacity of 2,500 BBs, which allows you to flood your opponent with a hail of BBs. The BBs from the magazine are fed automatically thanks to the electric overclocking mechanism powered by 2 AA batteries (not included). The magazine works in either automatic or sound control mode.

The set does not include a battery or charger.
