SA-A03 SAEC™ System Assault Rifle Replica

The replica of the SA-A03 assault rifle by Specna Arms is mostly made of a uniform zinc and aluminium alloy and reinforced with steel elements in the most vulnerable parts of the replica (steel elements - all screws, pins and tactical sling swivels). Both the SF stock, which housed the battery, and the pistol grip were made of polymer. The replica housing and the RIS handguard were subjected to an anodising process, which ensures a high level of corrosion protection. The paint was applied by powder coating after the surface was subjected to a sandblasting process before the paint was applied. This ensures a much higher abrasion resistance of the applied paint than usual.

The individual parts of the replica fit together very well - as could previously only be observed with replicas from top manufacturers such as G&P or Classic Army - and the replica is also perfectly balanced. This allows the replica to be almost ideally manoeuvrable and its weight is hardly noticeable once the replica has been shouldered.

The replica features a new generation quick release system called SAEC™. Thanks to this system, it is possible to quickly adjust the performance of the replica to the expected conditions on the pitch without the need for access to a workshop or a set of special tools. The spring change process is even faster than with the previous version of the system.

Thanks to the SAEC™ system, the gearbox does not need to be removed from the replica - only the original carriage needs to be removed (no tools required - it is fixed with a tightened ring and a lock) and is then ready To do this, it is necessary to loosen the pin underneath, together with the mounted spring slide. We replace the main spring, screw the pin back into the housing, fix the shaft and ... we are back in the game! The whole process takes only a moment and, to repeat, requires no use of tools.

The advantages of the SAEC™ system are hard to overestimate. In view of the current tendency throughout Europe to apply legal restrictions on the muzzle velocity of replicas or internal regulations within different groups, the system guarantees the user a wide range of possibilities and a great deal of freedom. The SAEC™ system allows the main spring to be replaced with minimal time and thus the muzzle velocity to be individually adapted to the game range, ensuring an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the fire and safety for the user himself, as well as other participants.

The replica is fully compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries. Due to the basic muzzle velocity of ~425 FPS provided by the main spring installed by the manufacturer as standard, the replica is perfectly suited for mid-range use. The set also includes an M90 spring that allows the muzzle velocity to be reduced to ~325 FPS, adapting the replica for close-range and indoor use.

A cylinder-level reinforced gearbox contains a steel spring carriage that is part of the SAEC™ system and is mounted on 8 mm ball bearings and steel gear washers. The system is secured with four anti-rotation devices. A lightweight, polycarbonate polymer piston is fitted with steel splines to increase its durability. Also implemented are a Type 2 cylinder and a steel circuit breaker. Replica is factory-equipped with a precise rotating hop-up unit made of polymer, which allows for a very precise and stable regulation of the BB overclocking.
The improved version has a number of new, reinforced parts such as:

The replica is equipped with a 22 mm upper RIS rail, a RIS handguard and an adjustable stock. The RIS upper rail has flip-up metal iron sights that are freely removable to make room for mounting an optoelectronic target device of your choice. The extendable stock with non-slip buttpad makes it possible to adjust the length of the replica to suit the user's body type and preferences. A standard muzzle flash hider is based on a 14 mm left-hand thread, which allows a silencer to be fitted in its place.

To add to the realism of the game, the replica also has a working bolt-lock mechanism.

The replica comes with a 300 BB steel Hi-Cap magazine.
