RRA SA-E05 EDGE™ S-AEG

EDGE™ is a series of replicas from Specna Arms that combines a number of solutions and technologies that are rarely found in other replicas on the market. It is a series that emphasises a very good finish of the exterior, solutions that improve the versatility of the replica, extend its service life, simplify the diagnosis of a malfunction and facilitate the possibility of power tuning. You get a replica that does not require any modifications, but which - if necessary - are very easy to carry out.

The replica bears the full, licensed markings of the gun manufacturer - Rock River Arms. Rock River Arms is a manufacturer of gun parts and accessories, but primarily a manufacturer of high-quality AR-15 carbines. The company was founded in 1996 by the Larson brothers in partnership with Les Baer and is based in Colona, Illinois. Today, RRA supplies AR-15 carbines under contract to the DEA, the FBI and the US Marshals.

Every element of the replica has been manufactured and customised with the utmost care for every detail. In addition, the case is nano-coated to prevent scratches. The case also bears deeply engraved Rock River Arms markings as well as an individual serial number authenticated by an additional hologram. Other notable details include the QD pistol grip, which allows quick and easy access to the motor without tools, and a double-sided tactical sling swivel.

The replica of the SA-E05 carbine is equipped with a hand guard in the RIS 22 mm mounting system, which can be used as a holder for various tactical accessories: Torches, grips, laser sights and optical sights. The barrel has a muzzle device on a 14 mm CCW thread. The upper RIS rail is equipped with a flip-up sight.

The carbine has a factory-installed MOSFET X-ASR module from Polish GATE. This is an unprecedented collaboration between a Polish manufacturer and a factory known for its airsoft replicas. The high-quality MOSFET X-ASR ensures the safety of the replica components, improves the trigger response and extends the life of the electronics and battery. Thanks to the integrated status diodes, even simple malfunctions inside the replica can be diagnosed.

The replica has an internal precision barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm, which ensures high accuracy and repeatability of the shots fired. The barrel works together with a new type of hop-up rotating chamber, which enables very precise and stable adjustment of the BB spin.

The replica features an ESA™ Quick Spring Change System. Thanks to this system, it is possible to quickly and easily adjust the performance of the replica to the expected conditions on the pitch without having to have access to a workshop or a set of special tools - all you need to do is remove the shaft slide to gain access to the spring so that it can be removed without having to pull out or dismantle the gearbox.

The advantages of the ESA™ system can hardly be overestimated. In view of the current internal regulations in various groups, the system guarantees the user a wide range of options and a great deal of freedom. The ESA™ system makes it possible to replace the main spring with a minimum of time and thus adapt the muzzle velocity to the range of play in such a way that an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the fire and safety for the user himself and for the other participants is guaranteed. In addition to the replica, the box contains another M90 mainspring, which is ideal for indoor use.

The centrepiece of the replica is the ORION gearbox, which is based on a reinforced frame and is equipped with the main spring release function. The replica is already equipped with a number of high-quality parts ex works and is therefore characterised by its reliability and readiness for further tuning. The ORION gearbox is prepared for co-operation with M140 springs. Inside there are elements such as:

In addition to the replica, the scope of delivery includes two mid-cap S-MAG magazines with a capacity of 125 BBs each. The S-MAG is an exclusive polymer magazine developed by Specna Arms. The characteristic texture consisting of Specna Arms logos is remarkable. The S-MAG enables seamless feeding of BBs even at high ROF.

The set contains neither a battery nor a charger.
