The replica of the STI TAC MASTER STI International rifle is made almost entirely of metal - the only exception, apart from some internal parts, are the plastic grip panels.

The replica is equipped with a very impressive blow-back system that makes firing particularly realistic. A fresh capsule ensures a convincingly satisfying recoil. In addition, when all the bullets have been used up and the next bullet has not hit, the bolt locks in the rear position, just like its firearm counterpart. This ensures that no "empty" shot is fired. There is a practical double-sided safety catch on the back of the lock. There is an additional pressure safety on the pistol grip to prevent uncontrolled shots. The metal trigger blade is skeletonised, as known from the firearm version - this increases strength and break resistance.

The rifle also has an adjustable hop-up system. To access this, the bolt must be removed. The adjustment method is explained in the operating instructions - no tools are required.

The magazine is made of metal. It holds 24 rounds and a 12 gram CO2 capsule. Thanks to the use of a carbon dioxide capsule as a power source, it is possible to use the replica at lower temperatures than the usual green gas power source allows.
