The TR16 carbine replica from G&G is part of the Top Tech series. It is made of metal and polymer. The stock can be adjusted according to the user's preference and is self-made. The selector switch for the firing mode is located on the left side of the receiver and is engraved with markings. The replica has Pneumatic Blow-Back system that strongly imitates real firearm recoil. It moves the bolt and gives the feeling of recoil. After pulling back the charging handle, the cartridge ejection port opens and the hop-up can be adjusted.

The accumulator is stored inside the SF stock. The replica is supplied with adjustable iron sights. The RIS rail system enables the mounting of additional accessories such as optics and tactical grips.

The replica, with the exception of the outer barrel, the stock tube and the iron sights, was finished in light brown colour. Inside there is an airtight pneumatic system with high-quality hop-up chamber and bucking.

The carabiner uses a Pneumatic Blow-Back System. This is a recoil system that brings the replica closer to its real counterpart and enhances the shooting experience. It works on the principle that compressed air is channelled from the gearbox into a special cylinder on the top of the gearbox. A small piston in the PBB cylinder moves a thin plate that imitates the bolt.

WARNING: The manufacturer does not recommend batteries stronger than 8.4V, as there is a risk of damaging the plate.

The G&G replicas with PBB system have a reinforced, modified V2 gearbox. The modifications serve to accommodate the PBB system.

The gearbox is equipped with 8 mm ball bearings, brass cylinder head and aluminium piston head.
