The carbine replica from the TR16 series by G&G was manufactured as part of the Top Tech line. It is made of metal and polymer. The shaft length is adjustable, which enables the replica to be adapted to the user's conditions and posture.

The fire selector switch was placed on the left side of the housing and provided with graphic descriptions of the fire types. The replica is equipped with a PBB system that perfectly imitates its real steel counterpart. The dummy bolt moves back and forth and produces a noticeable recoil in the shooter's shoulder. After pulling back the charging handle the cartridge ejection port cover opens, while an imitation of the bolt carrier moves to the rear position to adjust the hop-up. Interestingly, the bolt follower also plays an important role: when pressed, the recoil latch inside the gearbox is released, freeing the main spring. This has a significant effect on the durability of the mechanism and makes it possible to maintain a high muzzle velocity by minimising the effects of spring wear.

The battery was inserted into the front grip of the replica. The replica has adjustable iron sights. After removing the carrying handle, you have access to the RIS mounting rail on the top of the receiver, which makes it possible to equip the replica with various telescopic sights.

The replica was made in light brown colour, with the exception of such elements as the outer barrel, the stock tube, the sights and the switches. It is perfectly suited for medium-range operation thanks to the M120 spring, which guarantees an initial muzzle velocity of ~380 FPS. Inside there is a hermetic pneumatic system, equipped with high quality chamber and HU rubber.

The replica is equipped with an amazing BlowBack system that adds extra realism to the use of the replica. Pneumatic Blow Back works on the principle that part of the compressed air from the gearbox is channelled into a special cylinder located above the gearbox housing. The small piston, which is located in the pneumatic blow-back system, moves a thin plate that is attached to it. The plate imitates the bolt holder.

WARNINGThe manufacturer advises against using a battery with a voltage of more than 8.4 V, as there is a risk of damaging the metal plate in question.

G&G replicas with the PBB system are equipped with a Reinforced V2 gearbox, modifiedto adapt it to the PBB system and add an active spring release system based on the driver mechanism.

The gearbox is equipped with 8 mm ball bearings, a brass cylinder head and aluminium piston head.

Neither a battery nor a charger is included in the scope of delivery.
