TX63 assault rifle replica (ASCU version)
The replica of the best Soviet weapon system of all time, in a modified version, designed by Mikhail Kalashnikov.
The replica is manufactured using the highest quality components with the greatest attention to detail and is modelled on the original down to the smallest detail. It is made almost entirely from steel. The pistol grip is made of Polymer, the front handguard and the stock are made of lacquered plywood and the RIS rails are made of aluminium.
Thanks to the materials used, the replica is characterised by improved durability. There are no loose parts or inaccuracies. The whole thing is a single, solid element. The inner workings allow for easy performance tuning and ensure long and trouble-free operation in the series configuration.
The guaranteed muzzle velocity of ~415 FPS makes the replica the perfect choice for any attacker. The robustness and precision of its manufacture also make it a great training tool for battlefield simulation.
The replica has the ASCU3+ Module, installed in our workshop.
ASCU is a two-part electronic module (control unit and sensor unit) that significantly improved the work culture of airsoft replicas. The standard clamping bolt has been replaced by a sensor unit that monitors the current situation of the piston wheel, fire selector switch and trigger. The data is then sent to the control unit, which processes the information and controls the replica's motor using a MOSFET active brake.

ASCU improves the work on the V2 gearbox and makes it equivalent to more expensive and more complicated gearboxes. PTW class replicas.
The ASCU system monitors the work of the replicators independently of the trigger speed and is responsible for the entire working cycle of the piston - both in semi-automatic and fully automatic mode. After each shot, the piston is locked in the retracted position.
ASCU has the Protection against low discharge System developed to protect LiPo batteries.
The ASCU stops the shooting in the event of a problem and thus prevents further damage to the replica.
The ASCU is a two-part electronic module (the control module and the sensor module) which, once installed in the airsoft replicas, significantly improves their functionality. The traditional hinge module has been replaced by a sensor module that monitors the current position of the piston thread wheel, the firing mode selector lever and the trigger. The information collected is sent to the control module, where the software in the processor analyses it and controls the replica's motor using the active MOSFET brake.
The functions and features of the new module are very similar to those of the previous model, but the new ASCU module is completely concealed in the gearbox. This means that no additional cabling or additional space is required in the replica. According to the manufacturer, the new unit is equipped with updated and newer software, has an active interruption and responds better to the tripping process. In addition, the new ASCU V.2 set includes a special fire mode selector plate, a cut-off plate and a thermally conductive tape.
ASCU Gen. 3+ includes the following upgrades:
- Polymer padding of the circuit boards to protect against damage during installation
- Superfluous short-circuit software removed, making shots in semi-automatic mode much faster
- a special H-U chamber makes it impossible to shoot when the magazine is empty
- each pull of the trigger results in a single shot, the new system prevents any double shots
- New switch-off lever and selector disc specially developed for the ASCU
- New, thicker wires
- No need to grind or modify the reinforced gearboxes.
The ASCU improves the operation of a V.2 gearbox and puts the replica on par with the more expensive replicas and the more sophisticated PTW-class replicas. The ASCU system monitors the operation of the replica regardless of the speed at which the trigger is pulled and is responsible for the entire cycle of piston operation, both in semi-automatic and fully automatic firing modes. The piston stops in the home position after each shot.
The ASCU is equipped with the Low Drain Protection System, which was specially developed to protect the lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries from damage.
In the event of an emergency, the ASCU stops the fire mode in the replica and thus protects the internal elements from further damage.
The ASCU is easy to install in the replica, which is equipped with the V.2 gearbox. For most models, no changes to the original parts of the airsoft rifle are required. In some cases, however, some minor modifications will need to be made - thanks to these, the installation process will be completed without any problems.
The control unit is very small and can be placed in the shaft or in the front handle (6.5cm x 1.6cm x 1.4cm), while the second sensor unit completely replaces the connection module and the cabling.
The sensor unitmonitors the operation of the piston thread wheel and thanks to this the whole system is able to make a full cycle of the gearbox (the BB pellets will never remain in the barrel when the magazine is removed and the main spring will always be loose when the replica is not in use).
The ASCU module is adapted to work with more sensors that will not allow a shot to be fired when the magazine is empty and, in the case of the "M" replica series, will make the user use the magazine lock lever when replacing the magazine with a new one.

The module improves the response time of the trigger of the AEG replica, which is practically instantaneous compared to the classic module.

It prevents an accidental double shot: if the next trigger pull is faster than the human reaction - every trigger pull is a shot.

Enables the firing of a 3-shot burst by briefly pressing the trigger in fully automatic firing mode.

The easy-to-install module replaces the plugs and the backstop in every V.2 gearbox, the use of which prevents the piston from jamming. It also guarantees that the replica always makes a complete cycle (the main spring remains in the loose position).

The ASCU monitors the charge status of the battery and prevents excessive discharge, which is very important when using lithium batteries (LiPo, LiIon, LiFe).

The module searches for problems and malfunctions and informs you with a sound and vibration and also switches off the power source, which prevents further damage to the gearbox.

In conjunction with the special HU chamber, the module eliminates blank firing in replicas equipped with a functioning bolt - this means that it is impossible to fire if the magazine does not supply the replica with BB pellets.

The ACSU unit significantly extends the service life of the battery.

It offers more options than the Systema Revolution and the PTW at lower installation costs and allows the use of a wide range of spare parts available for the V.2 and V.3 gearboxes.
