C&H Precision panels are designed, manufactured and shipped from our small family-owned facility in Coastal Georgia. Each panel is precision machined to the tightest tolerances on HAAS CNC machines and goes through multiple quality checks before being shipped to our customers.

Most of our plates are equipped with a patented stainless steel T-nut that provides industry-leading six to seven threads of engagement. Since all fastening material is interchangeable, it can be replaced if damaged without having to replace the entire plate.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Thickness: V4 MIL / LEO panels are .095″ to .099″ thick
Material: The plates are made of 6061 aluminium. All fastening elements are made of stainless steel
Surface: The plates are MIL-SPEC Type III hard anodised - black
Replaceable T-posts made of 416 stainless steel for maximum thread engagement
