PKM machine gun replica
The long-awaited model of the universal PKM machine gun from A&K was made of steel and aluminium. The bolt chamber, chamber cover, bipod, carrying handle and box magazine were made of steel, while the other elements such as the outer barrel, the base of the front iron sights, the gas knot, the gas tube, the barrel assembly and the iron sights were made of a homogeneous zinc-aluminium alloy. The pistol grip and the stock were made of wood.
The replica is equipped with a MOSFET system concealed inside the gas tube and a potentiometer that regulates the rate of fire of the replica. The internal mechanism of the replica is a proven design - the gearbox housing is known, among others, from the M249 submachine gun and is equipped with 8mm steel ball bearings. The main spring of the M140 type is located on a reinforced main spring guide equipped with bearings.
