The series of the latest replicas of Amoeba Airsoft is based on the well-known design of the AR assault carbines, but these replicas have been modified accordingly and equipped with many Construction details and interesting technical solutions which not only improve their functionality but also their appearance.

The case of the replica is made of reinforced nylon manufactured. Due to the quality of the materials used, it is hardly recognisable at first glance that it is made of plastic and not metal. The housing is labelled with Effective markingsincluding the model, the calibre and the Amoeba Airsoft logo. Metal was used for the modular foregrip, the outer barrel, the silencer, the piston guide and small parts. The pistol grip is contoured accordingly and fitted with a chromatic, non-slip texture which increases grip safety and comfort. The magazine release button was enlargedto make operation easier.

The rifle was equipped with a telescopic, adjustable Piston which makes it possible to adapt the length to the shooter's physique and preferences. The battery can be accommodated in the butt and slide. As is usual with this type of design, the hop-up system is adjusted by pulling back the reloading handle and exposing the cartridge ejection port.

AM-014 is equipped with aModular front handle assemblywith which the replica can be fully customised. A Segment of 22mm RIS rails can be attached to the assembly in several positions thanks to the holes around the handle. The kit contains 4 such segments together with mounting screws. There is also a RIS rail on the back of the housing, which allows a whole range of additional accessories to be installed on the replica, from optical sights to lighting and tactical grips. The carbine is equipped with mechanical sighting devices: a folding bow tie and a folding sight mounted on the RIS rail.

Amoeba Airsoft replicas have the option of of a quick spring changewithout having to unscrew the gearbox frame. The centrepiece of the replica is a reinforced, slightly modified gearbox v.2 with an integrated EFCS module - Electronic Firing Control System. It controls the operation of the trigger unit, resulting in smooth operation and a shorter reaction time of the motor when the trigger is pulled. The standard contact block has been replaced by an electronic system. The EFCS also has a built-in MOSFET-circuit.

The EFCS significantly increases the service life of the mechanism and thus of the entire replica and enables the use of high-voltage batteries, including LiPo. After purchasing an external EFCS programming device can be used to set the firing sequence and the burst mode (3-shot series).

The supplied magazine is a plastic high-cap with a capacity of 300 bullets. The magazine is covered with a rough, non-slip texture and also features a hinged Pull-Mag handle.
