The ARP556 carbine replica from G&G was developed as part of the Combat Machineproject, which aims to offer high-quality replicas at a favourable price. The Combat Machine series is characterised by high quality in workmanship, material and working culture. The main factor that makes it possible to reduce the price is the use of a casing made of high quality glass fibre reinforced plastic instead of metal.

The model is modelled on the PDW type and is based on the AR-15 design.

The replica is equipped with a PDWPlastic collar on steel guides, Ergonomic pistol gripfolding rear sight, enlarged reloading lever, Flame protection with amplifierand Aluminium front sight in the M-LOK system with manual stop.

The Combat Machine Replica series currently uses the G2 transmission skeleton with quick spring change. In addition to the usual high-quality G&G parts, an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) system is installed inside. The system completely replaces the contact block and functions as a MOSFET circuit. Thanks to the electronic trigger operation, the system has an excellent trigger response. Each press of the trigger results in a full GB cycle.
