The CM16 Carbine replica from G&G was produced as part of the Combat Machine project, the aim of which is to supply top-class replicas at a price that can be considered economical. The Combat Machine replicas are characterised by the highest quality of manufacture and operating culture typical of the G&G company, as well as the high quality of the materials used.

The main factor that allows the price to be reduced is the use of a high-quality plastic body instead of a metal body. Also important is the fact that the receiver itself is made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic - as are the front grip, the stock and almost all plastic elements. The outer barrel, the stock tube, the tactical sling attachment points, the magazine housing and most of the smaller elements are made of metal.

The GBBR variant of the replica is just an extension of the G&G Combat Machine series. In fact, the G&G company has used a very simple method to create a new model: it has installed a gas module with a closed bolt instead of the standard gearbox in the perfectly designed and tested body of the Combat Machine replica.

The replica uses a newly designed gas system that is characterised by great efficiency. Thanks to the unusually precisely manufactured valves, emptying the entire magazine with a highly repeatable muzzle velocity is no problem at all. In addition, the capacity of the BB pellet magazine can be emptied twice with a single charge of green gas.

The replica was manufactured in sand colour. Due to its muzzle velocity of approx. 360 FPS, the replica is perfectly suited for use at long and medium distances. The upper RIS rail allows any optical sight to be attached instead of the carrying handle. The multi-position stock allows the replica to be customised to the user's individual preferences.

The front handle has been replaced with a RIS rail set, each 22mm wide, which allows a variety of additional devices or accessories to be attached, such as: a tactical torch, laser target marker or tactical handle, etc.
