E&L Airsoft is a new quality on the airsoft replica market. The manufacturer has set itself the task of creating replicas that are on the same level as the original guns in terms of the quality of the materials used and the tightness of the parts. The company has gone as far as possible and started production in the same factory where the original weapons are manufactured! The same materials were used in the manufacture as in the originals: steel, hand-crafted wooden elements or high-quality polymer. Some external elements are also identical to those in real firearms and originate from the same transmission belt.

This has enabled E&L to take the lead among eastern manufacturers. It can compete (and prevail!) with the best brands on the market - even in terms of price range. The quality and parameters of their replicas allow their products to serve as both wall decorations and effective replicas on the battlefield.

On the outside, as many elements as possible were produced on a 1:1 scale according to the original and the military specifications. This means that parts can be exchanged with parts from the original weapon! Including: fore-end cage, gas block cover, gas tube, sighting device and cleaning rod. Not many other manufacturers offer such a function.

Steel elements have been blued, which makes their appearance more realisticand if the protective coating wears off over time, it still looks far better than painted or varnished replicas. The only outer element made of aluminium is the 22mm RIS Hand protection, which serves as a base for attaching a variety of additional accessories.

The weight was also taken into account to maintain realism. The replica is heavy and the balance is maintained by an external steel barrel. Also noteworthy is the fact that the replicalike the original, can be partially dismantled without tools. Everything is based on pins and levers. The manufacturer has paid attention to the smallest details so that the replica comes as close as possible to the original.

Both the Hand protection and the gas block cover are made of black polymer. The buttstock with a metal cover is also made of the same material. It is a fixed stock that can be folded to the left side of the body.

On the left side there is a lateral "dovetail" mounting rail, characteristic of this design. A base for all special scopes (including the original ones intended for live weapons) and RIS mounts for other optics.

The replica is removed directly from the packaging and secured in protective polymer packaging. Both the inside of the packaging and the replica itself are coated with a thick, technical oil that protects the product from moisture and possible contamination during transport. A mixture of oil, steel and varnished wood gives off a unique odour that is well known to people who are constantly in contact with firearms.

The inner workings of the product are also remarkable. The engineers at E&L have taken the best solutions on the market and added their own. A reinforced GB ver.3 is driven by a high torque motor based on neodymium magnets. An interesting and well thought-out bearing design - two of the first gears are mounted on ball bearings, while the piston gear sits on a plain bearing. On the one hand, this enables operation with lower wheel resistance, which allows the most revolutions. On the other hand, it minimises the risk of failure of the piston gear, which is exposed to the greatest gravitational load.

The piston lacks the upper slide over most of its length, which only has a very small effect on the stability of operation, but greatly reduces friction. Both of the above solutions result in smoother operation, a higher ROF and lower energy consumption. The battery is housed under the cover of the chamber. The cover is attached to a single latch and hinge, allowing for quick removal and replacement of the power supply at any time.

The pneumatic system consists of a set of low-noise piston heads and a cylinder, which increases the longevity of the system through better amortisation. The spring carriage is mounted on bearings and the piston gear has a larger inhibitor. This gives the bullet more time to be inserted into the chamber, which is very important in high rate of fire configurations. High precision and sharpness are guaranteed by a with a diameter of 6.04 mm.

The attention to detail is also reflected in a handmade, individualised quality certificate. It is included with each replica and contains a serial number, the name and a seal confirming the quality of the internal parts, the functionality and the contents of the packaging. The box also contains a table with the results of 5 consecutive shots on a chronograph, measured in both metres per second and joules.

The replica is supplied with a polymer mid-cap magazine with a capacity of up to 150 BBs.
