RDB (Rifle, Downward-ejection, Bullpup) is an extremely interesting ASG assault rifle, manufactured by the ARES brand, under a licence from the American Kel-Tec CNC Industries Inc. company - the manufacturer of the original weapon. This manufacturer is widely known not only on the military but also on the civilian market, among other things for original designs like the KSG rifle or the CP33 pistol. The RDB rifle itself is a further development of another bullpup weapon from the Kel-tec catalogue, namely the RFB.

The rifle is in a Bullpup structure which, despite a very long and effective barrel, offers high manoeuvrability and mobility with relatively compact dimensions. Like the prototype firearm, the Kel-tec RDB from ARES is largely made of a thick polymer material reinforced with nylon fibres. The metal elements include the breech chamber, outer barrel, upper RIS rail, gas tube replica and manipulators, while the muzzle device, sling hooks and magazine release are made of a thick polymer material reinforced with nylon fibres.
