M31 Active hearing protector

M31 active hearing protection, manufactured by Earmor™, for shooting sports, loud technical environments and for hunters. 

Two microphones detect the sound and channel it into the speakers. They amplify quiet sounds, and if a sound that is dangerous to hearing is detected, they quickly reduce it to a safe level of 82 dB so that the user can continue to fully perceive their surroundings and also the commands given while using a firearm. 

They are powered by 2 1.5V AAA batteries (not included in the set), which enable an operating time of ~350h. The system of automatic switch-off of the protectors after 4h without any user interaction guarantees safety against unwanted starting and discharging of the battery.

The earmuffs and arch cover are fitted with soft, delicate covers that offer an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort. In addition, the protectors have a 3.5 mm mini-jack connection and a mini-jack/mini-jack cable that allows the user to use an MP3 player/phone or, once connected to a microphone radio with such a connection, to communicate.  

The product conforms to CE / RoSH / ANSI S3.19-1974 and is waterproof to IPX-5.
