The housing, the shaft carriage, hand guard and a SF shaft that holds the battery, and the pistol grip are made of fibreglass-reinforced polymer. The remaining components such as the barrel, the flash hider, the enlarged charging handle and the tactical sling swivels were made of metal (the steel parts include the screws, the pins, the grenade ejection port and the replica bolt holder).

The housing bears markings and a serial number.

The parts of the replica fit very well together and the user will not notice any loose spots between the lower and upper receiver.

The ESA™ -system makes it possible to change the main spring in a minimum of time and thus adapt the muzzle velocity to the range of play in such a way as to ensure an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the fire and safety for the user himself and the other participants.

The replica is fully compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries. Due to a basic muzzle velocity of ~380 FPS The main spring fitted as standard by the manufacturer makes the replica perfect for medium-range operation. The set also includes a M90 springwhich makes it possible to reduce the muzzle velocity to ~310 FPS and thus adapt the replica for use at close range and indoors.

The gearbox contains 8 mm plain bearing and shimmed steel gears based on them. The system is secured with four reversing locks. A light made from a polycarbonate polymer bulb is fitted with a Solid steel strip to increase its durability. In addition, a Type 2 cylinder and a Steel circuit-breakerand a precise Rotating hop-up chamber installed. The longevity of the parts makes it possible to work with M140 springs.
