RED Pistol replica is a special replica created in collaboration between EMG - a company that manufactures customised replicas and Salient Arms International - The replica is based on the proven design from 1911, and almost the entire replica was made from the same material. Aluminium only the pistol grip shells were made from a grip-improvingpolymer. The metal carriage and the receiver carry original Manufacturer's markings - Salient Arms International™ The replica is equipped with a double-sided, winged safety that locks the trigger mechanism and prevents accidental firing. Access to the safety is very easy for both left- and right-handed shooters - the lever of the mechanism is within reach of a thumb. This model also features a functional, rear pressure safety that forces the user to maintain a proper grip in order to fire. The customised trigger and hammer give the replica an interesting, eye-catching look. The outer barrel parts, which have been painted in a golden colour, are also striking.

The pistol has a powerful blow-back systemwhich imitates the experience of firing a live weapon.
