The TSG-552-STD carbine replica is made of plastic and steel. The only element made of an alloy of zinc and aluminium is the outer barrel. The flash hider, the RIS rail, the receiver, the trigger, the trigger guard and the firing mode selector lever are made of steel. The stock can be folded to the right side of the replica, making it easier to transport. The base of the stock is made of rubber. The set includes a magazine with a real breech that holds 30 BB pellets. The use of an extended ram plate ensures that all BB pellets are fired. The semi-transparent magazine pouch allows you to see the fake pellets and springs.

The replica is manufactured by G&G under licence from Swiss-Arms, the manufacturer of the genuine SIG 552 carbine.

The battery is located in the front handle. After removing the bolt, the front handle can be removed and the replica disassembled into two parts. The gearbox is equipped with a plug system that transmits the power instead of normal wiring. This minimises damage to the replica by tearing or cutting the wiring. The ambidextrous trigger allows the gun to be operated by both left- and right-handed shooters. The trigger guard is attached with two screws, thanks to which its position can be adjusted within a range of 180 degrees.
